Yu Wang is an Of Counsel in Morrison & Foerster’s Hong Kong office. He has experience advising on securities offerings, private equity and other corporate transactions. Mr. Wang represents corporate clients, investment banks and private equity funds on various capital market transactions, private equity transactions, financial derivative products and litigation related matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Wang was an associate in the capital markets group of another leading U.S. law firm based in Beijing. He speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
