Yuan Xia is an associate at Morrison Foerster’s San Francisco office. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation practice group.
Yuan advises public and private companies on a wide range of executive compensation matters, including private investment funds and employee benefits-related aspects of corporate transactions, reorganizations, financing arrangements, and securities offerings. Yuan also has distinct experience advising clients on SEC requirements, corporate governance matters, and operational/governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Yuan was an associate at another international law firm headquartered in New York.
Yuan earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan in 2016, where she was awarded a certificate of Merit for achieving the highest grade in Finance for Lawyers. She also received her LL.M. in Business Law at UCLA in 2013, where she received a certificate of Merit for graduating in the top 10% of her class.Show More
