Zachary Fuchs is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.
Zach works on investigations and commercial litigation, as well as FDA + Life Sciences matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes tenant advocacy, asylum, and voting rights cases. Zach contributes regularly to MoFo Life Sciences and the Left Coast Appeals blog, which keeps tabs on the Ninth Circuit. Before joining MoFo, Zach was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ketanji Brown Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Zach received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as executive managing editor for the Harvard Civil Rights–Civil Liberties Law Review. During law school, Zach was a research assistant to Professors Michael Klarman and Jeannie Suk Gersen and worked in the Harvard Food Law and Policy Clinic. He also served as a teaching fellow under Professors Samantha Power and Cass Sunstein.
Zach graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History and Political Science from Duke University.Show More
