We are leaders in the clean technology/green technology regulatory arena. Through their participations in industry groups, including San Francisco’s Clean Technology Advisory Council, the Green Chemistry Alliance, the California Manufacturers and Technology Association’s Climate Change Advisory Committee, the AB 32 Implementation Group’s Steering Committee, the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Environmental Law, and the American Bar Association’s Clean Technology and Climate Change Committee, our lawyers are helping to shape regulatory and legal policies affecting clean energy and technologies.
