Clean Technology | Europe

Clean technology is a dynamic, evolving, and expanding sector. Companies in this area are focused on developing sustainable technologies and programs that offer returns for investors, provide worthwhile solutions to customers, reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, and result in a reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gas.

Our clean technology practice in Europe advises a broad range of companies at all stages of their lifecycle. We also advise investors and other intermediaries active in this area, including venture capitalists, investment banks, boutique advisory firms, private equity houses, and hedge funds.

We understand our clients’ businesses and work closely with them to achieve their objectives. Our European lawyers are also able to draw from the firm’s global clean technology expertise, and in particular our clients in this innovative industry sector benefit from the firm’s top-ranked international intellectual property practice.
