CleanTech Forum SF

The Cleantech Forum San Francisco is an annual gathering of the global cleantech innovation community that offers a comprehensive, three-day program along with exclusive opportunities to network, learn, and get deals done. The Forum will help attendees discover and connect with emerging trends, leading innovation companies, and key players of sustainable innovation.

Morrison & Foerster Partner Susan Mac Cormac will moderate a panel, “Impact Investing & Cleantech,” on January 24th from 1:30pm – 2:30pm PDT. The session will seek to answer the question: how can “impact” be used to attract new types of investors to cleantech and clean energy infrastructure? We already see venture deal participation by impact-driven family offices, and new LP funds being started with impact mandates. Does the nature of the various flavors of impact investors also make them a good fit for early deployment capital and project finance? Are there specific terms that they request or require in connection with fund portfolio or project investments?
