On June 14, 2017, Morrison & Foerster partners Jay DeVecchio and Tina Reynolds will participate in a Government Contractors Forum Boot Camp on Intellectual Property and Data Rights in Government Contracting sponsored by Association of Corporate Counsel, National Capital Region. Their panel will provide practice pointers and practical considerations for contractors that offer their software products to government end users. Key topics will include how to tailor commercial license agreements to meet federal government requirements, pricing concerns, and special considerations for subcontractors. Jay and Tina will be co-presenting this panel with Eric Yeo, Associate General Counsel, Booz Allen Hamilton and Richard Gray, Associate General Counsel, United States Department of Defense.
