Offered as a pre-conference workshop, Chuck Duross gave practical guidance on conducting a comprehensive internal anti-bribery investigation, whether prompted internally or by the government, from beginning to end. Participants learned how to develop an investigation plan, perform effective information gathering and analysis, interview witnesses and respond to issues identified by the investigation. Using case studies, Chuck discussed common pitfalls and also provided tips for organizing, planning and executing an effective internal investigation.
