How do boards effectively deal with "imperious" CEOs? Boards need to know what questions to ask, what red flags require additional scrutiny, what blind spots exist (both on the board and the CEO), while at the same time how not to antagonize or undermine an otherwise effective, high performing CEO.

Morrison & Foerster’s Carrie Cohen, partner in the firm’s Investigations + White Collar Defense Group and co-chair of its Workplace Misconduct Task Force, will appear on an expert panel that will explore specific issues board members face when identifying and addressing potential #MeToo scenarios involving CEOs or other key executives. Each panelist brings extensive knowledge of the full ramifications of misconduct and misbehavior and will offer board members constructive and nuanced guidance on how to navigate #MeToo behavior, while protecting corporate value.
