As a former DOJ official, Chuck Duross was featured on a panel of former prosecutors to discuss trends in enforcement, bribery, and compliance. Chuck previously served as a Deputy Chief in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he led the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit and was in charge of all of the DOJ’s FCPA investigations, prosecutions and resolutions in the United States.
