MoFo Singapore Celebrates Diversity, Inclusion and Family at PETER PAN IN SERANGOON GARDENS by W!LD RICE
Singapore
Each year MoFo Singapore does something special to demonstrate our firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the community we serve. This year, we wanted to go one step further and create something that also included our families and loved ones who support us in our lives, jobs and help us bring our authentic selves to work.
On Saturday, December 7, we welcomed over 100 clients, family and friends to a magical evening performance of W!LD RICE’s musical comedy, “Peter Pan in Serangoon Gardens” at the beautiful new Ngee Ann Kongsi Theatre.
The W!LD RICE end-of-year musical comedy is a much loved tradition, offering a unique, Singaporean take on a traditional children’s story with great comedy and a welcome blast of festive cheer. While the story is based on a classic children’s tale, the show has something for everyone to enjoy.
Prior to the performance our guests enjoyed Peter Pan themed food and drinks in the company of pirates, fairies and a 7-foot tall crocodile.
MoFo Singapore is proud to partner with acclaimed local theatre company W!LD RICE again this year. Diversity, inclusion and community engagement is at the core of everything W!LD RICE does. While trying to keep ticket prices affordable, W!LD RICE endeavours to support marginalized and minority groups and to ensure that more people – including underprivileged families, the elderly and people living with disabilities – can experience and share the magic of theatre. W!LD RICE also works to offer a diverse range of productions that reflect and resonate with Singapore’s diverse communities.
The wonderful performance featuring the First Stage kids in ”Peter Pan in Serangoon Gardens” gave the audience first-hand experience of the opportunities W!LD RICE provides for children to nurture and grow their talent and love for the theatre.
