New York State and Federal Courts: Adapting to the Pandemic and Beyond

Join our distinguished panels of federal and state judges and seasoned practioners for a two and one half-hour virtual program discussing civil and criminal procedures and practices in state and federal courts during the pandemic and beyond. Two programs will be presented on different days remotely for the Southern/Eastern and Northern/Western Districts of New York. Carrie H. Cohen of Morrison & Foerster will present on "Federal Court Procedures and Practices" and moderate a "View from the Bench" panel discussion alongside a number of other distinguished speakers.

There is no fee for this CLE program. Both newly admitted and experience attorneys will earn 2.5 hours of NYS CLE credits in Professional Practice. You may register for either program.
