This ten-week workshop will allow attendees to expand their knowledge and learn more about:
Each session will explore more advanced topics in patent and life sciences law, such as US/EU patent drafting, small molecules, medical devices, biologics, FDA strategies, trade secrets, and licensing. Attendees will gain the hands-on knowledge scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and investors need to manage the legal aspects for launching and growing a startup including how to avoid common mistakes that can have serious consequences down the road.
MoFo’s seasoned patent, corporate, privacy, licensing, and trademarks lawyers as well as IP litigators will lead each class with a real-world experienced-based approach.
All sessions are moderated by Michael R. Ward, Ph.D., global head of the firm’s Life Sciences Practice Group, head of the firm’s Patent Practice Group, co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group and co-chair of our global Food + Agriculture practice.
