The 3rd Annual Western Alliance Bank Class Action Law Forum™, in collaboration with the University of San Diego School of Law, will showcase impactful, expert discussions on a variety of critical topics and emerging issues, including MDL trends, privacy and data breach, consumer class actions, cy-pres and quick pay provision, employment, securities, antitrust, and more. Do not miss out on the Appellate and California Judicial Round Tables with a keynote by the Hon. Anthony Battaglia of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

Erin Bosman, co-chair of the Class Actions + Mass Torts Practice Group, will be on a "Consumer Class Actions" panel from 11:30 am - 1 pm PST on April 21st, and will moderate a "Consumer Class actions - Judges' Perspective" panel from 1:45 - 2:30 pm PST on April 22nd as well.

On April 22nd, Julie Park will be on a panel for "MDL Trends - Class Action & MDLs" from 8:00 - 9:15 am PST, Bill Tarantino will be on a panel for "COVID-19 Litigation & Business Interruption" from 9:30 - 10:30 am PST, and David Fioccola will be on a panel for "Privacy & Data Breach" from 10:45 am - 12:00 pm PST.
