As part of ACI’s 14th Annual Conference on U.S. Economic Sanctions Enforcement and Compliance, MoFo’s John Smith will moderate an expert panel of current U.S. Government officials, including Elizabeth Cannon (Deputy Chief for Export Controls and Sanctions, U.S. Department of Justice) and Samantha Sultoon

(Section Chief Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Department of the Treasury). The panel will examine recent regulatory trends in the U.S. and international sanctions space, and current government perspectives on recent enforcement actions.
