Organized annually, the HKVCA’s Private Equity Fundamentals Training Series comprises seven modules and a case study session to provide participants with extensive information and a thorough analysis of private equity and venture capital. The sessions are taught using actual case studies, illustrating how private equity and venture capital operate through the different stages of a company’s lifecycle.
