MoFo partners Charles (Chuck) Duross and Brian Kidd are serving as speakers at The University of Texas School of Law’s 7th Annual Government Enforcement Institute (UTGEI). Chuck is moderating a session on trends, policy developments, compliance best practices, and international updates related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other global anti-corruption laws. Brian will be discussing the pros and cons of cooperation when counseling clients subject to DOJ and SEC investigations and will also provide practical strategies to successfully negotiate cooperation credit.
