At the 7th Transatlantic Conference, which will be held virtually on 5th and 6th October 2021 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. (UK time), we will bring you insights into some of the key global employment issues we as employment/labour lawyers expect to be grappling with in the months ahead. Using a mix of live panel sessions, interactive networking events and Q&A sessions, we are planning a programme that will cover a variety of key workforce-related topics, including:
- Opening Plenary Session - Managing the Workforce following the Global Reckoning on Racial Equity
- Diversity and Inclusion on Boards - a discussion on developments in key jurisdictions across the world
- The rise of shareholder activism, its impact on executive pay and managing employee risk
- The modern workplace in the aftermath of Covid
- Taking aim at non-competes
- Closing Plenary Session - The return to work – promoting diversity in a hybrid world and the changing culture of the workplace
Eric Akira Tate will be speaking as a panelist in a session entitled “Taking Aim at Non-Competes.”
