Suz Mac Cormac will speak as a panelist on “Corporate Purpose: Stakeholder vs. Shareholder Primacy in Business Law Today” at the New York State Bar Association’s Business Law Section 2021 Fall Meeting on Corporate Purpose. The New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) has been the voice of the legal profession in New York State for more than 140 years. Its mission is to shape the development of law, educate and inform the public, and respond to the demands of the diverse and ever-changing legal profession. Suz will be joined in discussion by co-panelists Robert Mascola, Esq. (Fordham University School of Law), Leo E. Strine, Jr., Esq. (Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz), Roberto Tallarita, Esq. (Harvard Law School), and Prof. Jill Fisch, Esq. (University of Pennsylvania Law School).
