The annual Statewide Complex Courts Symposium, hosted by the Santa Clara County Bar Association, will be held virtually on December 7th, 2021 from 3 PM - 6 PM PST. This year’s topics will include issues relating to class actions and representative PAGA actions, courtroom technology in complex cases, and cutting-edge trade secrets issues. This event features judges from complex courts across California who will share their views on litigating in the complex courts. These panel discussions will inform and assist all practitioners, regardless of experience level.
Eric Akira Tate will moderate the trade secrets panel from 3:10 PM - 4:00 PM PT.
