On August 5, 2015, the Securities and Exchange Commission, in a 3-2 vote, adopted a final CEO pay-ratio rule, which requires public companies to disclose the ratio of the compensation of its chief executive officer to the median compensation of its employees.  Please join partners David Lynn and Scott Lesmes for a discussion on what the new rule requires.
