Speaking Engagement

This course will enable in-house as well as attorneys at law firms to expand their skills and to be more valuable to their clients by covering basic derivatives and structured products, issues that may arise for corporate and securities lawyers as well as litigators. Derivatives are used by most large public and many private companies, in part to manage risk. A basic walk-through of how ISDA contracts work will be covered. The types of contracts and asset clauses, as well as ethical issues that may arise, will be discussed.

Ms. Pinedo will join the panel titled "Key Considerations in Derivatives and Structured Products and Collateral."
