The American Bar Association’s Business Law Section will host its inaugural Annual Meeting in Chicago which will feature comprehensive business law programming covering more than 65 different topics.

Partner Jay Baris will speak on a program entitled “Money Market Fund Reform Arrives (Finally): What a Long Strange Trip It’s Been!”, presented by the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee, which will analyze the dramatic history and implications of money market fund reform in light of the new regulations that the Securities and Exchange Commission adopted on July 23, 2014.
