We will hold an Anti-Corruption, FCPA and Compliance in Latin America Seminar on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. This is a joint event sponsored by the international law firm Morrison & Foerster and the Brazilian law firm TozziniFreire Advogados. 

The seminar will address the anti-corruption and compliance environment in Latin America, with focus on the FCPA, its enforcement by U.S. DOJ in Latin America and the new Brazilian anti-corruption law. The attendees will also receive an overview of the operation “Car Wash”, the largest corruption investigation in Brazilian history, and its consequences for Japanese companies doing business in Brazil.
