Join VetsinTech DC as we kick off 2014 with a great education program at Morrison & Foerster! The Vets in The VetsinTech Entrepreneur’s Business Basics Legal Workshop will present basic corporate legal issues vital to entrepreneurs thinking about or actually forming their own technology start-up companies.

The Washington D.C. workshop will feature a presentation on business law by Dan Kahan, a member of Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate Department whose practice focuses on early-stage and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, securities offerings, and corporate governance.
