Compliance Challenges: What Keeps In-House Counsel Up at Night

Corporate Counsel Symposium

02 Dec 2015

New York, NY

Partner Jessie K. Liu spoke at a panel discussion during the Corporate Counsel Symposium sponsored by the New York City Bar. Titled “Compliance Challenges: What Keeps In-House Counsel Up at Night,” her session focused on top compliance issues, dealing with whistleblowers and reactions to the Department of Justice’s “Yates Memo,” which could create additional incentives to use separate counsel for employees in investigations. The symposium focused on high-priority issues important for corporate counsel and the outside counsel who work with and advise them on hot topics in the areas of litigation, compliance and more.
