The challenges of generating and delivering energy securely are changing. From extreme weather events and concerns of climate change, to physical and cyber-attacks, electric utilities and pipelines face risks of increasing frequency and severity, while an increasing number of energy consumers are producing their own electricity. The Energy Bar Association’s 2014 Annual Meeting & Conference provides two full days of discussions focused on the legal issues that stem from these changes. From distributed generation to oil pipelines, from energy trading enforcement to hydropower, every energy lawyer gains something informative for his or her practice.

Of Counsel, Robert Fleishman will moderate the panel, “Current Issues in Energy Trading: The Regulation of Physical Commodity Traders,” Tuesday, April 8th, 2014 from 3:45 pm – 5:00 p.m.
