This course, produced by Risk Magazine, will explore the implications of the European Market Infrastructures Regulation (EMIR) for market participants in Europe. The seminar will focus specifically on updates relating to implementing central clearing for standardized derivative products, execution on multilateral trading facilities/swap execution facilities, and reporting to trade repositories/swap data repositories.
Peter Green will lead a session entitled “Regulatory Reporting Obligations.” He will also speak on panel entitled “Are Clearing Houses Too Big to Fail?”
