The Northeast Chapter of the Energy Bar Association will present a seminar to “Explore Key U.S. Canadian Cross Border Energy Issues and Processes.” Discussion topics will include energy market manipulation, developments in energy arbitration, and the significant challenges for energy regulators. Robert Fleishman will speak on the “Market Manipulation in Canada and U.S. Energy Markets” panel. The panel will address key enforcement actions, settlements, developments, and policies in U.S. and Canadian electricity and natural gas markets from the perspective of both Canadian and U.S. prosecutors/enforcers and defenders of companies and individuals.
