Morrison & Foerster is pleased to invite you to attend complimentary continuing legal education classes being presented on Thursday, January 19, 2006. The classes will address a variety of legal issues facing the financial service industries today. Six separate one-hour sessions will be presented over a three-hour period beginning at 2:00 pm. You may choose to attend up to three sessions (one hour each). Regardless of which sessions you select, program materials for all six sessions will be available. Following the conference, we will host a reception for the speakers and attendees.

Section Three 4:00 pm - 4:55 pm

  • Session A: Ethical Considerations in Internal Investigations
  • Session B: It’s Not Your Mother’s Debt Market: Changing Dynamics and New Players

This invitation is transferable and open to colleagues and guests. There is no charge to attend this seminar. Morrison & Foerster LLP (provider # 2183) certifies that this activity has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of  California in the amount of up to 3.0 hours, of which 1.0 may apply to Elimination of Bias and 1.0 hour may apply
