This two-day advanced program provides an intensive and detailed look at the evolution of global financial market regulation from a U.S. perspective. Participants will learn how Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and EU directives impact the market infrastructure and regulatory reporting requirements across the financial services sector, including global and regional banks, hedge funds, exchanges, non-bank financial institutions, insurance companies, asset management, and other market participants.
