Speaking Engagement

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau continues to command the attention of financial institutions and other providers of consumer financial products as it exercises its unprecedented regulatory authority.  This program will focus on hot-button issues in each of the three areas of the CFPB's jurisdiction:  1) current supervision and exam priorities; 2) upcoming rulemaking, particularly what to expect in the wake of the CFPB's report on arbitration; and 3) the CFPB's use of its unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices authority to expand the scope of its jurisdiction even further.
