Tessa Schwartz will participate in a panel discussion on "Clean Energy Technology: Opportunities, Considerations and Pitfalls in Licensing" at the Licensing Executives Society Annual Meeting. The panel presentation and discussion will focus on traditional and nontraditional value propositions inherent in clean energy sector business models. Clean energy technology sector business plays include clean technology development, carbon trading and the service sector that supports it, packaging and monetizing energy usage and putting clean and renewable energy onto the grid. Panelists will present and contrast successful and unsuccessful business models in the clean tech market sector and highlight the value propositions that support them. Discussions will emphasize licensing opportunities, considerations and pitfalls with respect to these resources. Additional panelists will include: Geoff Arnold (Energy Connect), Ed Chiao (Amber Kinetics), and Mike Jackson (Village Green). The event will be held at the San Francisco Marriott Hotel.
