July 21 marks the two-year anniversary since the Dodd-Frank law was signed by President Obama. Dodd-Frank has raised the profile of the risk manager. The first living wills will be filed this July, providing information to regulators they've never had access to. Companies will soon have to comply with other prudential regulations including capital and liquidity requirements, reporting and examinations leading to potential operational changes.
