Morrison & Foerster and Alacrita Consulting invite you to join us for the second of two seminars looking at the areas of corporate interaction between biotechs and larger healthcare companies.

This masterclass series will consider current issues relevant to life sciences transactions and which distinguish deals in this sector from other sectors.

Guest speaker, Ian Garland (CEO of Vernalis, ex-Acambis, ex-Arrow) will give his insights into selling biotechs to larger healthcare companies.  Charles Spicer (Alacrita Consulting), an experienced corporate finance adviser, will air his views on market trends in life sciences M&A. Nuances of life sciences M&A deals will be discussed by Paul Claydon and James Halstead (Morrison & Foerster).  The seminar will conclude with a panel discussion to be chaired by Ed Lukins (Morrison & Foerster) to be followed by drinks and networking.
