Morrison & Foerster and Alacrita Consulting invite you to join us for the first of two seminars looking at the areas of corporate interaction between biotechs and larger healthcare companies.

This masterclass series will consider current issues relevant to life sciences transactions and which distinguish deals in this sector from other sectors.

Renowned entrepreneur, Andy Richards will share his views of the changing funding environment and the opportunities opening up for larger healthcare companies. 

John Gonzalez (Alice Ventures & Alacrita Consulting) will consider the interaction between corporate venture funds and traditional VC investors.

James Gubbins and Bradley Theobald (Morrison & Foerster) will present on emerging trends in structuring biotech investments.

The seminar will conclude with a panel discussion chaired by Natalie Diep (Morrison & Foerster) to be followed by drinks and networking.
