Nanotechnology is already used in hundreds of consumer products and is anticipated to have a significant impact in almost every field and industry. Generally, nanomaterials are lighter, stronger, and have better electrical and thermal conductivity properties than traditional materials, which make them ideal for use in aerospace applications. This panel will explore the future of nanotechnology in the aerospace industry, including potential health hazards and other liability issues.
