Professor Don Chisum: Professor of Law at Santa Clara University. Professor Chisum is a leading authority in the increasingly important area of patent law and intellectual property rights in technology. He is the author of the twenty-volume reference text on patent law, Chisum on Patents and co-author of Understanding Intellectual Property.

Tom Ciotti: Patent Prosecutor with over 35 years of patent experience in corporations and law firms and has served as principal outside patent counsel to numerous biotechnology and medical device companies.

Karl Kramer: Patent litigator and Managing Partner of the firm's Palo Alto office. Karl has specialized in patent litigation for 17 years
