The California Supreme Court recently issued major rulings that affect unfair competition litigation. The Recorder has assembled a group of experts who will discuss the impact of these rulings and what they mean for the future of Proposition 64. This timely Recorder Roundtable will include both plaintiff and defense perspectives and should be attended by litigators who advise and represent clients involved in unfair competition claims. William Stern, author of Proposition 64, will be one of the panelists.
