The Dodd-Frank Act imposes additional restrictions on transactions between affiliates by amending Section 23A and Section 23B of the Federal Reserve Act. We will review Section 23A/23B limitations; changes effected by the Act; implications for derivatives and securities lending; collateral requirements; and other considerations.
