Susan Mac Cormac is a partner in the Corporate Group of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco law office. She also is a co-chair of the Green Technology & Climate Change Committee for the ABA Section of Science & Technology Law.

Susan Mac Cormac has extensive experience representing start-up to late-stage private companies primarily in the cleantech and sustainable sectors.
