The panel discussion will focus on “Marketing Without Greenwashing: Keeping Track Of FTC Rules and Litigation Developments.” The panel will discuss information about the status of FTC's enforcement actions and the status of its Green Guides, recent green marketing rulings out of the BBB's National Advertising Division, and developments in class action litigation proceedings involving green marketing claims. You will also receive tips on how to avoid being the next target of a greenwashing allegation. The panelists will include: Scot Case, Vice President, TerraChoice Environmental Marketing, and David Mallen, Associate Director, Council of Better Business Bureaus.
