The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), its recent amendments, and their implementing regulations and guidances are one of the most dynamic areas of United States law today. As the components of ADA are deceptively complex, a complete understanding can take many years.

In this CLE, learn about the changes in the ADA brought about due to recent amendments as well as new and pending regulations implementing the Act. Also, participants will learn about the hot issues in this field of law. By the end of this program, you will better understand the changes in the ADA and be able to better spot issues across title I, title II, and title III of the ADA as amended.
