Partner Charles E. Duross spoke on "The U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA): Lessons Learned from Recent Investigations and Enforcement Actions Involving Southeast Asia" at the TRACE Anti-Bribery Workshop, in partnership with the Makati Business Club on April 29, 2014 in Manila, Philippines.

TRACE hosts practical, informative anti-bribery training workshops at locations throughout the world. The workshops feature local and foreign businesspeople and lawyers familiar with the challenges of international commercial transactions. Workshops are attended by members of the business community for whom such training is either unavailable locally or prohibitively expensive.
