On behalf of the Contra Costa Countywide Homeless Base Conversion Collaborative, Walnut Creek land use and environmental law attorneys are assisting HomeBase in its negotiations with the City of Concord, California, regarding a homeless assistance plan to be implemented at the Concord Naval Weapons Station (CNWS).
