Our office has won numerous awards due to its extraordinary commitment to pro bono. The National Legal Aid & Defender Association honored the firm with its Beacon of Justice Award for 2007 (for our long-term pro bono commitment to persons on death row) and 2008 (for our exemplary commitment to pro bono services, especially on behalf of detainees at Guantánamo Bay).
