The Casa Cornelia Law Center presented the firm with its La Mancha Award in recognition of the pro bono services the firm has given to indigent immigrant clients in Southern California. (2008) The State Bar of California gave the President’s Pro Bono Service Award to attorneys Mark Gillett, Teri Stein and Skye Donald for their work on behalf of an HIV+ transgendered Mexican woman refugee. (2008) The Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco honored James Brosnahan and Kathi Pugh with its Lawyering for Social Justice Award for supporting the rights of immigrants. (2007)
