Trigger-Happy Leaders Can’t Find Sanctions Off-Switch

03 Jul 2016

Removing sanctions can be as hard as putting them in place to begin with according to John E. Smith in the Politico article “Trigger-happy leaders can’t find sanctions off-switch.”

“When we impose sanctions, that takes effect immediately and the businesses have to comply immediately.
