Pressure Rises on Obama to Retaliate Against Russia for Hacks

Amidst criticism of the Obama administration for not acting quickly enough in responding to Russian interference in the U.S. presidential election, John P. Carlin, Chair of Morrison & Foerster's Global Risk + Crisis Management group, spoke to the Christian Science Monitor regarding the plausibility of pinpointing the party responsible for the hacks.

“Attribution may be difficult, but we’ve shown time and time again … that we can hold people accountable. Not just generally who did it, but specifically who did it,” he said.
