Wall Street Journal

21 Dec 2016

Chuck Comey, a partner in Morrison & Foerster’s Corporate Department who regularly advises Chinese acquirers on U.S. targets, was quoted regarding Chinese M&A in the article, “Regulators May Be Sticking a Pin in China’s M&A Balloon,” published by The Wall Street Journal on December 21, 2016.

“There’s a lot of uncertainty now,” said Mr. Comey. “The practical effect is to raise the level of regulatory risk that a seller’s board is being asked to assume.”
